Simple Meditation Method

Greetings Traveler,










Many of us are having short of times to relax and refresh our minds and body.

Thus, we exhausted our body and mind very fast and sometimes we feel like even after sleeping a long time, we are still feeling tired.

Therefore, today I would like to share the easy method of entry level of meditation to all of you.


 Entry Level Meditation

1) Find a peaceful and quiet place. (As you advance to another level, this can be
    neglected)

2) Sit on the surface that you are feeling most comfortable
    (Do not lean against wall).

3) Throw away all the problems and matter in your mind or simply redirect it to
    your breathing sound.

4) Inhale, hold, exhale and hold your breath using nose slowly and deeply in a
     ratio of 2:1:2:1 ( For example: 10:5:10:5 seconds )

5) Do not move your body during this activity even you are feeling itchy
    anywhere.

6) If you heard, smell or saw something weirds or extraordinary, just ignore it,
    and focus on your breathing, it is a temporary altered version of your mind
    consciousness.

7) For beginner, do it from 5 to 30 minutes and do the meditation on the same
    time everyday if possible.


Some people have different experiences during their meditation due to variations of emotional and mind states.

Therefore, just focus and do your best.
